Arnie´s friends

Arnie’s friends are a diverse bunch. Among his best friends are a cat named Cat, Sonik the boxer and a Chihuahua named Maxik.

Cat

Like Arnold, Cat was also from an animal shelter. My parents took him in when he was a kitten and he quickly found his place in the family, which had already consisted of two dogs. In the beginning, Arnie looked more like he wanted to catch and eat him rather than be his friend, but this only lasted a short time. Cat really liked irritating Arnie, which frustrated him because he could never understand how the cat could fit into such small places.  

Sonik

Sonik is our boxer and possibly one of the friendliest dogs you will ever meet. She would never hurt anyone. She even feels sad if she accidentally bumps into a dog she’s playing with during her walks. Sometimes we lose Sonik in the park only to have her return home with a strange dog she found while wondering through the park. She adores Arnie, so they have a lot of fun together.

Maxik

She is our Chihuahua; however she does not behave like a Chihuahua at all. She learned everything about being a dog from Sonik, so she does not bark like other Chihuahuas do. Instead, she acts like dogs of larger breeds, which lead her to gain a lot of weight because she was eating the same amount as her teacher, Sonik. This only lasted a short time and now she’s a beautiful, slim Chihuahua. As soon as Arnie sees Maxik he becomes excited and happy. They love each other very much and really enjoy going out on walks together.

Shelter

 Shelter was also found in an animal shelter, that´s why we named him Shelter. He spent half a year in the place and we try to make a beautifull life for him now. He is so happy to be with us all the time and learns things very easily, so is a pleasure for us to teach him anything.
